I don't have a price list, because I don't have one price. What I do is different for every operator. It depends on your tour, your market, and how far you want to take this.
Here is the shift. I am not a to-go service anymore. I build and run the system with you. That means we talk, we look at your real numbers, and we build a plan that fits your business. Then we land on a price that makes sense for what you actually need.
Call it the Jerry Maguire model: fewer clients, more focus. I would rather go deep building and running the system for a handful of tours I truly believe in than spread myself thin across a hundred. That is the only way this works the way it should.

And before we agree to anything, I will run real projections for your tour. You will see for yourself whether I am a good investment. No guessing, and no pressure.
Here is what should make it easy: I only make money when you do. My pay is a small share of the group bookings this lands, so we are on the same side of the table from day one.
